Some streamers don't shoutout people who follow their channels in an attempt to allow people to lurk and not be called out. The AI-Licia bot mentions who follows when the user hits the follow button. I think there should be an enable/disable option for this dependant on the streamer's preference.

Hi johnny_beard If you don't want ai_licia to react to follow, you can disable that from the Character page, on the Settings tab. I attached a screenshot of how it would look like.
