Make sure Alicia doesn't cut the streamer off or start talking in the middle of the streamer's sentence so that she can pause and resume after the streamer has finished.

We have a first version of this system already running. It works only if you use the speak to ai_licia feature. We have seen occurences when ai_licia is taking to much time to start talking again. We are still investigating, this is why I am waiting before putting this as completed
