It is not the best experience changing ai_licia settings while using Speech recognition -> make ai_licia able to hear even when leaving the speech page

Give the ability to ignore terms using * to match patterns without having to write them all. Example: Adding rpg * to the ignored term will ignore rpg raid rpg raid go` and any block of text starting with rpg

When a Streamer wants to add an admin for his account, give the ability to invite this admin to our platform if he doesn't already have an account
